Supporting our communities

Ko koe ki tēna, ko ahau ki tēnei kīwai o te kete.

You at that, and I at this handle of the basket. By working together, we move forward.

The Access and Choice Wellbeing Support service provides free wellbeing support for people of any age who are living in the greater Wellington and Wairarapa regions. We are especially committed to supporting the wellbeing needs for Māori, Pasifika and youth.

Do you need help? It’s okay to ask for help.

We have free wellbeing services available across the Wellington region to help you and your whānau, they are part of your GP practice and appointments take less than 30 minutes. Best of all, you can probably be seen today.

Your wellbeing team will work to understand your situation and then make sure you get the support you and your whānau need, whatever that may look like.

Would you like to learn new skills to improve your health, wellbeing and quality of life, or maybe you or your whānau need support in the community - we can help.
